Recovery
The Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) defines Recovery as: "A process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential.”
SAMHSA works to reduce the impact of substance use and mental illness on communities nationwide. Check out the services and resources SAMHSA offers on recovery, bullying, suicide, and other important topics.
