What is wellness? Wellness is a person's physical health and their mental health. If something is wrong with one or both of these things, your wellness could be affected.

PerformCare is dedicated to helping our members feel their best, both in body and in mind. The resources in this section are for you to use. They contain information and tools about how to deal with illness, how to prevent illness, and how to stay healthy.
