How to request a peer-to-peer review
A provider may request a peer-to-peer review after a denial of a service has been determined. The provider should contact PerformCare Member Services/Provider Services at 1-888-700-7370 and ask to speak to a Clinical Care Manager, who will assist with coordination for the peer-to-peer review.
